In this article, the Palestine-Israel problem has been examined in view of the right of selfdetermination of the palestinian people. After studying the origin and historical development of the problem, arguments of the parties about the problem have been discussed. The question of whether or not the palestinian people has the right to selfdetermination has been exposed. Finally, the juridical foundations of the right of selfdetermination of the palestinian people have been scrutinized.
